Order
- How do I place an order?
Place your desired items in the shopping cart, go to checkout and choose your payment method. After completion, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. - Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our customer service. - Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will also receive a track & trace code.
Pay
- Do the prices include VAT?
All prices in the webshop are displayed without VAT as standard. VAT is automatically deducted at checkout.
Shipping & delivery
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on format and destination. - How quickly will my order be delivered?
We ship within 2 working days. Your order is normally delivered to your home within 1-5 working days (after dispatch). - With which carriers will my order be shipped?
We work together with Van Spreuwel Transport, PostNL, DHL or UPS. - Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a track & trace code as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Returns & warranty
- Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can easily report returns via our customer service. For more information, please see our returns policy. - Are there any costs for returns?
Shipping costs for a return are at your own expense, unless it is a faulty or incorrect delivery. - What should I do if my order has been delivered damaged?
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours and send a photo if possible. We will provide a suitable solution.
