At HORTI Direct.com, ordering is easy, fast and safe. Whether you are shopping with us for the first time or are a returning customer, you can always order without an account.

Here's how to place an order:
1. Choose product(s)
Add the desired item to your shopping cart.
2. Check shopping cart
Click on the shopping cart icon to view your order. You can change or remove products here.
3. Enter details
Fill in your delivery details. Creating an account is not necessary, but you may of course do so.
4. Choose shipping method
Based on your order and address, we will automatically show you the most suitable shipping option.
5. Choose method of payment and checkout
Choose your payment method and complete the order via our secure payment environment.
6. Receive confirmation
You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The invoice will be attached as a PDF.

Payment methods
All payments go through Mollie. You can pay with:
- iDEAL (Netherlands)
- Bancontact (Belgium)
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfer (SEPA)

Your payment is always processed via a secure connection. Your payment details are not stored by us.

Invoice and administration
After placing your order, you will automatically receive a digital invoice. You can easily save it or use it for your own administration.
