Not satisfied with your order? No problem - as a consumer* you have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons.
How do returns work?
- Report your return within 14 days of receipt, via e-mail (returns@hortidirect.com/en) or the model recall form.
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation and return instructions from us.
- Then return the product to the return address provided within 14 days.
- Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) via the same payment method.
Important to know
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- The product should be carefully packed and preferably returned in its original packaging.
- Is the product damaged or incomplete? Then we may charge for depreciation or repair.
- Products that are specially tailored or made on request and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
*The return procedure and right of withdrawal are intended for private customers (consumers).
