Not satisfied with your order? No problem - as a consumer* you have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons.

How do returns work?

  1. Report your return within 14 days of receipt, via e-mail (returns@hortidirect.com/en) or the model recall form.
  2. After registration, you will receive a confirmation and return instructions from us.
  3. Then return the product to the return address provided within 14 days.
  4. Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) via the same payment method.

Important to know

  • Return costs are at your own expense.
  • The product should be carefully packed and preferably returned in its original packaging.
  • Is the product damaged or incomplete? Then we may charge for depreciation or repair.
  • Products that are specially tailored or made on request and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

*The return procedure and right of withdrawal are intended for private customers (consumers).
