Intramat: internal transport for greenhouses, warehouses and workshops

Intramat supplies equipment for internal transport that is used intensively on a daily basis: lift tables under the Intralift brand, manual and electric stackers, pallet trucks, work positioners and furniture movers. All products are CE-certified, are tested before delivery and come with a 1-year warranty. At HORTI Direct, you can order them directly online, with the specifications for each model listed on the product page.

Which Intramat product suits your work?

Lifting goods to working height: choose a lift table. The mobile lift tables with single or double scissor mechanisms are manually operated and easy to move, with a lifting height of up to 1585 mm for the double scissor models. For fixed installations, there are electric lift tables from the HW1000, HW2000, HW4000, HD and D series, for floor-mounted or recessed installation.

Stacking pallets and boxes: manual stackers such as the lightweight PM120 and LS150 or the aluminium WFH181 with a lifting height of up to 2,500 mm. For heavier loads or more frequent lifting, choose a semi-electric or electric stacker, with a capacity of up to 1,500 kg and a lift height of up to 4 metres.

Loading and unloading from a van: the portable stacker places the pallet into the van or transporter and then lifts itself up so that it can slide underneath the pallet. Available with a capacity of up to 500 kg (semi-electric) and up to 1,000 kg (electric).

Moving pallets: pallet trucks such as the SP2500 with a capacity of up to 2,500 kg, the WH-25ES with built-in weighing function, the RP1250A for rough terrain and unpaved ground, and high-lift scissor lift trucks that raise a pallet to a working height of up to 800 mm.

Working in narrow aisles: a work positioner is a compact lift with a platform, either manual or semi-electric, with a capacity of 100 to 250 kg.

Moving cabinets and machinery: a furniture mover capable of handling up to 600 or 1,800 kg, safe for a single person to operate.

Safe and without lifting

Lifting heavy loads puts strain on your back and shoulders. With a lift table or stacker, you bring the load to the correct height rather than bending your body down to the load. The mobile Intralift lifting tables comply with the European standard EN 1570 and feature, amongst other things, overload protection and a hydraulic system that lowers the load smoothly and in a controlled manner. The electric lifting tables also have a safety edge on the platform, a hose rupture valve and a control panel with an emergency stop.

Frequently asked questions about Intramat

How long is Intramat’s warranty?

All Intramat products come with a 1-year warranty.

What is the difference between a manual and an electric stacker?

With a manual stacker, you lift using a winch or pump. A semi-electric stacker lifts electrically using a battery, but is manoeuvred by hand. An electric stacker is designed for heavier loads and daily use, with a maintenance-free battery and built-in charger.

Can a lift table be recessed into the floor?

Yes, the electric lift tables from the HW, HD and D series are suitable for both floor-standing installation and recessed installation in a floor pit.

Are other colours or designs available?

Many models are supplied as standard in RAL 1028 (yellow) or RAL 7016 (anthracite). Other colours, a 230V version or a larger battery are available on request for a number of models. Request a quote to find out more about the options.
