Newwen's Flower Transport Gel (FTG) ensures that your flowers arrive cherry-fresh at their final destination regardless of how they are transported. FTG is a water-based gel that contains ingredients to disinfect the stems of fresh-cut flowers and maintain a continuous supply of water and nutrients for the flower. Cut flowers generally have a journey time of 2 to 5 days, using FTG they arrive as if they have just been cut. Normally, cut flowers are transported in containers with water, which involves several factors such as cargo space, time sensitivity and transport costs. Using FTG, cut flowers can be transported horizontally and the space needed for transportation can be optimised.
